Perfectly located just steps from the main plaza, the balcony offered delightful views that enhanced our mornings. The staff displayed exceptional responsiveness and went out of their way to address our needs, making our experience seamless. However, the breakfast area felt cramped and lacked comfort, and the limited breakfast selection didn’t justify the high price we paid. Additionally, the room was cozy, but noise from the corridor disrupted our peace on several occasions.

During our stay, we appreciated how conveniently located it was, just a short stroll from Navona Square and within walking distance of other major attractions like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The Suite with Balcony and City View we had was spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, savoring the beautiful views. The staff provided helpful tips about the city and arranged our transportation seamlessly.

No elevator makes lugging bags a workout!!! Entrance is dark and uninviting. The bathroom could be better designed for comfort!!! Limited TV channels—Italian only!!! Poor handling of late check-ins could use improvement!!!
